The Bassett Sisters Photo Shoot

I know I haven't posted in a while but this is something that I couldn't wait to share! Kylie, Camille and I had been planning a secret photo shoot for some time and finally got to do it over Christmas break when we were all home. The hope was to keep it a secret until May 23rd...Mom & Dad's 30th wedding anniversary!! We hired a professional photographer, told a few white lies to get out of the house and look for venues, took a shopping trip so that our clothes would coordinate, and even "went to Legoland" with Ben and Aunt Julie on the day of the shoot.

Needless to say, it is no longer a secret! It was way too hard to get five outfits each in and out of the house, including shoes and accessories! We weren't gone nearly long enough for Legoland to make sense. And we came home with all of our shoes covered in mud and desperately needed Dad's help cleaning! Plus it was too exciting and fun to keep a secret for five months.

So on the morning of December 28th we met our photographer, Malia Dadez, at the Antique Gas & Steam Engine Museum in Vista and spent more than two hours posing for the camera! It was a blast!! We changed outfits three times and had so many poses and backgrounds. We love the vintage/country theme and think it fits our personalities perfectly.

Camille was a total rockstar and was so natural! Kylie was her usual gorgeous self! Check out the pics!
